Job description

  • As a WTG Package Engineer you will be ensuring the development of the Wind Turbine Generator project scope of current and future wind farms.
  • As a WTG Package Engineer you will contribute to the safety & quality goals by upholding the highest standards possible.
  • As a WTG Package Engineer you are managing the interfaces between the WTG Supply package and other packages.
  • You’ll be calculating wind farm energy yields and considering the interaction with soil conditions and cable layouts.
  • You’ll be supporting any commercial, contractual or legal matter under the WTG Supply and Installation Contract.
  • As a WTG Package Engineer you are the point of contact and maintain a strong working relationship with WTG Supplier’s project team.
  • You’ll share Lessons Learned on the related activities.
  • As a WTG Package Engineer you ensure a smooth handover to the Operations & Maintenance department

 

Your profile

  • You have a Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) and have an interest for (offshore) wind energy.
  • You have preferably relevant experience in utility-scale energy projects.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of wind turbines is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • You are able to manage your own workload and meet demanding timelines.
  • You’re willing to travel.
